Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen, but to ensure we can provide timely care for everyone, we require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or simply don’t show up, you’ll be charged the full service amount. If you’re running late, please give us a heads-up by email, text or phone before 15 minutes past your scheduled time. After that, we’ll have to mark it as a no-show and apply the full charge. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

All clients will need to have a valid debit or credit card on file.
